God intentionally builds His church through people from different backgrounds, cultures, experiences, and social positions, then unites them around the mission of Jesus Christ and the leading of the Holy Spirit.

💥 SINS / FAILURES

  1. Showing favoritism based on race, ethnicity, nationality, education, wealth, or social status (James 2:1–9; Acts 10:34–35)
  2. Allowing prejudice to influence who we accept, trust, or serve alongside in ministry (Galatians 3:28; Ephesians 2:14–16)
  3. Believing God can only use people with backgrounds similar to our own (1 Corinthians 1:26–29; Isaiah 55:8–9)
  4. Judging believers primarily by their past rather than by God’s transforming work in their lives (2 Corinthians 5:17; Acts 9:26–28)
  5. Ignoring the Holy Spirit’s direction because it challenges our comfort zone or traditions (Acts 13:2; Acts 16:6–10)

🏆 SUCCESSES / SPIRITUAL GROWTH

  1. Welcoming believers from different backgrounds as equal members of God’s family (Romans 15:7; Ephesians 4:1–6)
  2. Celebrating God’s work through people who are different from ourselves (Acts 11:18; Philippians 1:18)

🧭 LEADERSHIP DYNAMICS

  5. The Holy Spirit remains the ultimate leader of Christ’s church and mission (Acts 13:2; John 16:13)
