💥 Lessons Learned – Sins / Failures
- 1️⃣ Fear can expose how shallow our trust in Jesus really is (Mk 4:40).
- 2️⃣ We often accuse God of not caring when storms threaten us (Mk 4:38).
- 3️⃣ Being experienced or “seasoned” does not prevent panic when control is lost (Mk 4:37–38).
- 4️⃣ Forgetting past evidence of God’s power feeds present fear (Ps 77:11–12).
- 5️⃣ Treating fear as normal rather than confrontable keeps faith immature (Mk 4:40).

- 4️⃣ God’s truth in Scripture strengthens courage when fear rises (Isa 41:10).
- 5️⃣ The most important growth is knowing who Jesus truly is (Mk 4:41).
🧭 Lessons Learned – Leadership Dynamics
- 1️⃣ Great leaders use crises to form faith, not just to solve problems (Mk 4:40–41).
- 2️⃣ Leaders must learn calm authority under pressure from Jesus (Mk 4:39).
- 3️⃣ Team formation often happens in storms, not comfort (Mk 4:37).
- 4️⃣ Wise leaders build “truth weapons” by memorizing Scripture (Ps 119:11).
- 5️⃣ Leaders should keep a record of God’s lessons and interventions (Hab 2:2).
