💥 SINS / FAILURES
- 1️⃣ Rejecting the Shepherd’s voice leads to spiritual blindness and division (John 10:3–5; John 9:39–41; Hebrews 3:12–13).
- 2️⃣ False leadership seeks control rather than care, mirroring thieves and robbers (John 10:1,8; Ezekiel 34:2–4; Matthew 23:4).
- 3️⃣ Hard hearts resist conviction even when Scripture warns clearly (Ezekiel 34:10–16; John 10:24–26; Acts 7:51).
- 4️⃣ Following unfamiliar voices invites danger and spiritual loss (John 10:5; Proverbs 14:12; 2 Timothy 4:3–4).
- 5️⃣ Neglecting those under our care dishonors God’s trust (Ezekiel 34:8–9; James 3:1; Luke 12:48).
🏆 SUCCESSES / SPIRITUAL GROWTH
- 1️⃣ True believers recognize and respond to Jesus’ voice with trust (John 10:3–4; John 8:47; Romans 8:14).
- 2️⃣ Jesus gives abundant life rooted in relationship, not ritual (John 10:10; John 15:11; Psalm 16:11).
- 3️⃣ The Good Shepherd demonstrates sacrificial love for His sheep (John 10:11,15; Isaiah 53:6; 1 Peter 2:24).
- 4️⃣ Faith grows as we listen daily to God’s Word (Romans 10:17; Psalm 119:105; John 10:27).
- 5️⃣ Secure identity flows from knowing we are known by Christ (John 10:14; 2 Timothy 2:19; Galatians 4:9).
🧭 LEADERSHIP DYNAMICS
- 1️⃣ God evaluates shepherds by how they protect and nurture the flock (Ezekiel 34:2–4; John 21:15–17; 1 Peter 5:2–3).
- 2️⃣ Authority without compassion corrupts leadership (Matthew 23:13–15; Ezekiel 34:4; Mark 10:42–45).
- 3️⃣ Spiritual leaders must model sacrificial commitment (John 10:11; Philippians 2:3–8; 2 Corinthians 4:5).
- 4️⃣ Influence carries eternal accountability before God (Luke 12:48; Hebrews 13:17; James 3:1).
- 5️⃣ Christ-centered leadership leads others toward life, not dependence on self (John 10:9–10; Colossians 1:28; Ephesians 4:15).
