💥 Lessons Learned – Sins / Failures
- 1️⃣ Following Jesus only for benefits turns faith into consumer demand (Jn 6:2).
- 2️⃣ Treating God as “always on call” reveals a self-centered posture in prayer (Jn 6:26).
- 3️⃣ Panic math can eclipse trust when facing impossible needs (Jn 6:7).
- 4️⃣ Underestimating small offerings can become an excuse for inaction (Jn 6:9).
- 5️⃣ Trying to control Jesus for our agenda is a form of spiritual rebellion (Jn 6:15).
🏆 Lessons Learned – Successes / Spiritual Growth
- 1️⃣ Jesus welcomes real needs with compassion, not annoyance (Mk 6:34).
- 2️⃣ God multiplies what we surrender, even when it looks insignificant (Jn 6:11).
- 3️⃣ Jesus teaches dependence by asking disciples to participate in the miracle (Mt 14:16).
- 4️⃣ God’s provision is abundant—“as much as they wanted” (Jn 6:11).
- 5️⃣ Gratitude and stewardship matter—“Let nothing be wasted” (Jn 6:12).
🧭 Lessons Learned – Leadership Dynamics
- 1️⃣ Jesus leads by challenging followers to move from analysis to obedience (Mt 14:16).
- 2️⃣ Wise leadership names constraints honestly without surrendering to them (Jn 6:7).
- 3️⃣ Resourceful leaders bring what’s available to Jesus, not excuses (Jn 6:8–9).
- 4️⃣ Effective teams distribute provision faithfully—basket by basket—until the work is done (Jn 6:11).
- 5️⃣ Strong leaders refuse false crowns and protect the mission from political capture (Jn 6:15).
