💥 Lessons Learned – Sins / Failures
- 1️⃣ Following Jesus for fascination without understanding can leave us unprepared for true discipleship (Lk 6:12).
- 2️⃣ Making major decisions without prayer often leads to avoidable harm to others (Lk 6:12).
- 3️⃣ Underestimating the cost of obedience produces shallow commitment (Lk 14:27–28).
- 4️⃣ Neglecting time with Jesus results in little spiritual transformation (Jn 15:5).

- 2️⃣ Leadership formation starts with proximity to Jesus, not platform (Mk 3:14).
- 3️⃣ Leaders are called to serve God’s mission, not their own reputation (Mk 10:45).
- 4️⃣ The best leaders know decisions affecting others require spiritual discernment (Jas 1:5).
- 5️⃣ Leaders prepare people for cost and endurance, not comfort (2 Tim 3:12).
