📘 LESSONS LEARNED

Godly problem-solving requires spiritual discernment, humility, clearly defined responsibilities, and Spirit-led delegation to preserve unity and advance God’s work.

💥 SINS / FAILURES

  1. Ignoring problems and hoping they disappear instead of confronting them wisely (Proverbs 27:12; Ecclesiastes 8:11)
  2. Allowing prejudice, favoritism, or bitterness to grow unchecked (James 2:1–4; Galatians 3:28)
  3. Trying to control responsibilities God has assigned to others (Exodus 18:17–18; Romans 12:4–5)
  4. Neglecting God-given priorities because of pressure from people (Acts 6:2; Galatians 1:10)
  5. Refusing to seek biblical wisdom from how God has worked in the past (Romans 15:4; Psalm 78:5–7)

🏆 SUCCESSES / SPIRITUAL GROWTH

  1. Recognizing problems early and responding prayerfully and quickly (Acts 6:1–2; Proverbs 15:22)
  2. Defining roles and responsibilities with clarity and humility (Acts 6:3–4; 1 Corinthians 12:4–6)
  3. Trusting the Holy Spirit to guide difficult leadership decisions (John 16:13; James 1:5)
  4. Empowering qualified others to serve and solve problems faithfully (Exodus 18:21–22; Ephesians 4:11–12)
  5. Looking to Scripture and God’s past faithfulness for present wisdom (Numbers 11:16–17; Psalm 143:5)

🧭 LEADERSHIP DYNAMICS

  1. Rapid growth always creates organizational pressure requiring wise leadership (Acts 6:1; Proverbs 11:14)
  2. Strong leaders face problems directly instead of delaying difficult decisions (Acts 6:2; Titus 1:5)
